On the afternoon of June 8th, we had a wonderful (though slightly rushed) early dinner at Little Home Thai in Pleasanton with my parents Gary and Val, my brother Nate, my sister and brother Lindsay and Josh and their 2 girls, Ryan's mom Carol and Ryan's sister Dede. Before leaving for the airport, we had a photoshoot outside the restaurant which somehow neither Ryan nor I got any pictures of (so if anyone has them, please email them over). Then after a tearful good-bye to my parents and Nate, we left for the airport. After saying good-bye to Carol and Dede outside, we went in and had another photoshoot with Josh, Lindsay, Maddie and Olivia. Here are some of the best ones (and one of the worst pictures ever taken).

Once we made it through security, we had a few hours to relax (as if that was possible) and make a few last phone calls before boarding the plane and beginning our 15 hour flight at 10:40 pm!
